Managing Director & Lead Consultant
As a consultant and investment-platform specialist, Ronald has more than two decades of hands-on experience across the investment-platform and wealth-management sectors in Guernsey, South Africa and the UK. He has built investment operations from the ground up, designed lean operating models and strong control environments, and selected and implemented the core financial and operational systems that run them. His deep experience comes from holding executive accountabilities for Operations, IT, and Finance. Now consulting to financial-services clients, Ronald leads finance function builds, pensions and tax transformation and complex programme delivery, bringing deep technical grounding in pensions, tax and financial-reporting regimes. He is known for leading with the conclusion: turning complex briefs into scoped, governed workstreams with clear decisions, owners and outcomes.
Director & CTAO (Chief Technical & AI Officer)
A technologist first, Ray holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and has spent more than three decades leading technology-enabled change across financial services. His career spans merchant banking, software engineering, trading, business development and executive leadership. He helped build and scale a financial software business through a management buyout and successful sale, later serving as a country Managing Director and member of a listed technology group's global executive leadership team before leading its UK commercial and trading-solutions operations. Having worked as a builder, implementer, business leader and strategic partner, Ray brings a practical understanding of how technology, people and operating models come together to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Director & Senior Consultant
Michelle Martin is a commercially driven Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of cross-border experience building, scaling, and leading outsourced service businesses across the UK, South Africa.
Her expertise spans the full spectrum of BPO services including accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory. Her client portfolio ranges from owner-managed SMEs through to large multinational organisations, including experience across capital markets sectors: private equity, finance, banking and accountancy practices, each with distinct regulatory, reporting, and service delivery demands. Michelle has dual-qualified ACA and CA(SA) with a Big 4 audit foundation and experience with MLRO oversight across UK-regulated entities.
